Ankara Pretzel


Nergis Adiloğlu was born in 1987 in Ankara. After studying Business Administration, she completed her Master's degree in Banking and Finance.

After being trained to make sushi and Chinese food, she founded

In order to become a professional chef, she advanced her education at Chef Academy Ankara and completed her internship on Italian cuisine at La Gioia in Ankara.

She continued her master chef education at ICIF in Italy. After graduating she worked at Del Cambio in Turin, which is one of the top 10 restaurants in Italy with a Michelin star and 4 Espresso hat awards.

After returning to Turkey, she took her education one step further at Barry Callebaut's Chocolate Academy. She then created her own brand Chef Made and began producing handmade artisan chocolates.
